Rezdy continues to expand and enhance its capabilities as a leading global booking software and channel management solution for the experiences industry.

As part of this expansion, we are excited to announce the addition of our new Chief Growth Officer, Susan DeBottis, based in the US. Susan joins us after 9 years at Marriott International, where she most recently led their Tours, Activities & Attractions division globally.

With the travel industry still rebounding, it is now more important than ever to work with partners that you can trust. Susan’s expertise will help us continue to bring the best and most valuable partners to the Rezdy platform, ultimately helping our customers to grow their business or operate it more efficiently.

“We are thrilled to add Susan’s in-depth knowledge of the experiences industry and broader travel industry to Rezdy, as we continue to deliver value to activity providers, global and regional online travel agencies, hotels, destination marketing organizations, and beyond. Susan brings an understanding and empathy for both the operator and the reseller, most recently as an operator of hotel-based experiences as well as a leading reseller of experiences in-destination, both digitally and offline via hotels and concierges,” said Rezdy CEO Chris Atkin.

“I could not be more excited to join the team at Rezdy and am thrilled to play my part in bringing the experiences industry online with one of the world’s leading technology providers,” said Susan. “As a partner myself for 3 years (whilst at Marriott), I’ve admired how Rezdy stands by its technology and puts the best interest of partners and employees top of mind. This combination of product and integrity means, in my view, there is not a company better suited to emerge as a global leader for software in the experiences industry.”

Susan will be with our teams at IPW and Arival later in the year… so please drop by to say hi!
