We’re very happy to announce the following improvements with another update just around the corner!!

  1. Inline Text & Scrollable Text Custom Booking Fields: The new Custom Booking Field options alleviate the risk to you as a Supplier by allowing you to display disclaimers and other Terms & Conditions within the Rezdy Checkout page.
  2. Improved Sales – Orders report Graphs: We’ve improved the Sales – Orders report by allowing you to visually drill down into more information regarding the creation of Orders.
  3. Marketplace more Flexible Cancellation Policies: We’ve further extended the flexibility of the Marketplace Cancellation policies by adding a Last Minute and None policies

Improved Sales – Orders report Graphs

We’ve improved the Sales – Orders report by allowing you to visually drill down into more information regarding the creation of Orders.

In the following example, I am wanting to know which Staff member has been creating the most Internal Orders in the month of September, which can be easily done in 2 clicks:

1. Click Direct

2. Click Internal

and the end result is a graphical display of each day and each Users activity, hovering over each bar will give more information.

Marketplace more flexible Cancellation Policies

We’ve further extended the flexibility of the Marketplace Cancellation policies by adding a Last Minute and None policies with more on the way!

Last Minute: can be cancelled at any time before the Tour & Activity starts, up to and including the final minute.

None: No cancellation, No refund.
