We’ve released the ability to generate a QR Code within the Order Details & Online Booking Confirmation emails that your Customers receive. The feature is very basic and for now when scanned; only displays the Order number. It is currently targeted at a few suppliers who already have a scanning infrastructure and API connections in place.
In a near future, we will add scan capabilities to our new Mobile manifest, allowing you to quickly check-in customers.
1. Click Settings
2. Click Emails
3. Click Email Templates
4. Click the Email Template
5. within the Email Template, scroll down and tick the QR Code tick box
6. Click Save
And finally the email that the Customer receives
