Not only does Rezdy process bookings for you, simplifies customer management as well!
Here’s what you need to know about customer management in Rezdy.
You can easily create new contacts from your Customers tab in the menu.
There are three sections: personal information, contact information, and marketing information.
Currently, the only field that is mandatory is First Name, however we recommend you also capture their email address so you can send out emails from Rezdy.
We are sure you offer a unique and exciting experience, attracting customers that want to come again and again. Hence, Rezdy is repeat-customer-friendly.
Simply click Customers > search for your Customer Name > click New Order.
Work through the necessary fields and save the order. However, once you do this, a manual email confirmation needs to be sent out.
Click Email > Order Details > send now / more options (depending on when you want the email to go out.
We’re aware that many of you use manually-generated databases for customer management in programs like Excel that you work off before you move to Rezdy. Or sometimes, you need to transfer your customers over from your old booking system. The transition is easy.
To import a file of your customers, go to Apps > search for Customer Import.
After installing the app, click Settings.
You can either download a template file to fill out manually, or you can select a CSV file.
You may want to export your customer list so that you can send out promotional emails.
Simple click “Export to CSV” in the Customer tab and it will trigger the download.
