1. Commissions & Payments

The Rezdy Affiliate Referral Program is open to anyone who is interested in earning money from referring Rezdy, including current customers of Rezdy. Affiliates cannot combine their efforts for the benefit of a single membership.

A qualified sale must be an active customer, defined as a Rezdy paying customer that has uploaded their content to their Rezdy site and has integrated with Rezdy.

You must not commit fraud or submit fake transactions. Rezdy reserves the right to suspend your account and/or revoke any and all reward amounts at any time if we feel they were earned inappropriately.

Rezdy will pay your rewards to you directly once you have earned a minimum of $100 USD. You will pay the PayPal transfer fee for this transaction.

2. Link Placement

Any and all creative tools you use must be done in such a way that is not considered misleading to any website visitor and done with the intention of delivering valid traffic (sales, leads, or clicks) to Rezdy.

You must not use sites under construction, sites that show or cause any type of error, doorway pages, sites or pages with automatic redirect.

You must not operate or or use a website, or email a link to a website, which contains or promotes the following types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-related, illegal, cracking, hacking, anti-brand messaging or that offer illegal goods or services.

You must not copycat sites, or use any content or images from Rezdy websites, except for content and images which have been expressly allowed for use by Affiliate partners. You must not use a website that is confusingly similar to the official Rezdy website.

3. Spam

You must not promote Rezdy using spam or unsolicited commercial email.

The Affiliate represents and warrants the following provisions:

a) each addressee on the email list has opted-in to receive emails from the Affiliate;

b) upon request by Rezdy, the Affiliate will promptly provide verified opt-in statuses for all recipients of all current mailing lists used to promote Rezdy products;

c) each email sent by the Affiliate will contain clear instructions for addressees to unsubscribe from receiving future emails.

The Affiliate must not use the Rezdy brand name or types in the “From” address line. All Affiliate email correspondence must contain the Affiliate’s email addresses.

Rezdy owns and has exclusive rights to any and all customer information which comes into the Affiliate’s possession as a result of, or relating to, the Rezdy Affiliate Referral Program.

4. Adware and Toolbar Affiliates

You must not use adware, malware, or toolbar affiliates to promote Rezdy products, including, but not limited to, in-line text ads. The use of parasite programs is strictly prohibited.

5. PPC Marketing / Keyword Bidding

You must not bid for search engine traffic using the terms “Rezdy” or any misspellings of “Rezdy”. You agree not to include the above mentioned keywords in the display URL for purchased keywords. Misspellings include those with missing characters, extra characters, wrong character sequences, and where the wrong key is pressed.

It is prohibited to bid on competitors’ brand terms.

Affiliates must endeavour to remain below Rezdy’s own paid search ad at all times.

6. Termination of Service

At the sole discretion of Rezdy, a violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of your participation in the Referral Program – with forfeiture of any commissions owed to you at the time of termination – and the possibility, if appropriate, of criminal proceedings.
