You have full control over how extras are charged – whether your customers can choose the quantity, or it’s limited to one extra per order, or if the extra is charged for each item or person booked. Give each extra its own image and description so your customers know exactly what they’re buying.

Dynamic pricing

Apply dynamic pricing to extras so you have full control over how they are charged:

  • Customer’s choice:  Your customers can select the quantity they want to purchase independently.  For example, if 4 people book then they can choose 2 DVDs (or less/more)
  • Per order:  The extra is charged once.  For example, if 4 people book then they will be charged only once for the extra.
  • Per quantity:  The extra is charged for each item or person booked.  For example, if 4 people book then they will be charged 4 times for this extra.

Multiply by duration

When a extra is booked alongside a Product with a price per duration, the extra price will be multiplied by the duration as well. For example when booking an extra GPS with a Car rental for 3 days, the GPS price will be multiplied by 3.

Recommend related products

Related products allows you to cross sell to your customers. For example you may want to suggest booking an afternoon tour if they booked a morning tour. Once a customer books a product on your booking form, they will see a list of products which you recommend, you can even offer package discounts.

If you charge extra for different pick up locations. You can recommend your transportation products, or make them mandatory.
