Janine Carter, Manager of Voyager Estate, faced multiple hardships prior to adopting the Rezdy system. “Before Rezdy, our largest challenge was being able to have our customers book with instant confirmation. At Voyager Estate, we are also encouraging local accommodation operators to become agents with us so they can turn referrals into bookings. When 85% of visitors to a wine region don’t book their wine & food activity until they arrive into the region, being able to have hotels book guests in with immediate confirmation provides them with extra value through a concierge service and secures us their visit.”
