We were lucky enough to have a chat with Alfonso about his experience switching over to Rezdy.
Can you summarize the points of frustration that you faced before you started to use Rezdy?
The other company was charging me a commission fee per booking. I prefer paying monthly like we’re doing with Rezdy now.
What were the implications for your business if you hadn’t managed to fix that problem – was it serious?
It would have obviously led to less profit, and less sales, because I’d either have to take the fee that they were charging or charge it back to the customer. So I’d rather take the [monthly] fee and help the customer pay less.
You settled on Rezdy in particular – why was that?
What would you say to other businesses in your sector thinking of trying Rezdy?
It’ll make your life a lot easier. It doesn’t matter where I am, I can work the system on my smartphone, on my iPad, and on a computer. It’s great.
What’s the single biggest reason that you would recommend Rezdy?
The bottom line and more sales.
