What were the points of frustration you faced before you started to use Rezdy?
Well, we were losing our visitors because of the difference in time and the different time zones in the world. People were having a hard time booking our tours from their time zone. That was the biggest frustration.

Well yes, kind of, by keeping the phone open 24/7 and all these things, but it didn’t really work until we went to Rezdy and fixed the problem and had an online payment and booking platform.

Well, I had one of the guys called Hugo call me and show me how to create the products and implement the booking platform onto our website. He told me how we can link our website to theirs and stuff like that, so that was really very helpful.

Well, try Rezdy because the people are easy to talk to. They come back if you have any queries, and if you’ve got problems they sort it out, and there’s a community forum where you can discuss things about your problems and stuff like that. And it’s pretty easy to upload and update.
