Elissa Allen is the Marketing Director of King Fisher Fleet, who offers cruises and fishing charters to sightseers and fishermen. Sightseers get a chance to observe dolphins and other wildlife in their natural environment, while fishermen wrestle away their catch from fishable waters with over a hundred species of saltwater fish.
The family-owned business is an established one, with Elissa being part of the 3rd generation in running King Fisher Fleet. However, she felt that she was struggling to oversee the business with the systems they had in place.
