Las Vegas, NV — Rezdy LLC, the global B2B online distribution and booking software platform for tours, activities and attractions has opened a second US office. The new office, based in Raleigh, North Carolina will support its expanding US and Northern Hemisphere customer base.
Rezdy’s latest expansion was fueled by a multimillion dollar cash infusion dedicated to US growth.
An additional $3M was raised from existing investors lead by The Microequities VC Fund and Grand Prix Capital. This was an interim round to fund acceleration in the international growth of Rezdy ahead of a larger equity round later next year.

In the USA alone, there are approximately 67,000 businesses valued at US$20 billion in the tour and activity space. This makes it the third largest segment of the travel industry after air and accommodation (WIT, 2016).
The Rezdy platform empowers travel and activity companies to streamline their businesses through automation of their marketing and operations with features such as seamless online booking integration, mobile bookings, resource allocation, customizable manifests and a worldwide network of payment gateway options. In addition, Rezdy provides global distribution channels, enabling companies to expand their business even further. For tour, activity and attraction companies, Rezdy provides a gateway to multiple distribution channels (e.g. OTAs (Online Travel Agents), hotel concierges, DMOs, tour operators, offline travel agents), etc. Rezdy’s customers are also able to control what inventory is pushed through these distribution channels and set the appropriate commission rates and terms, all in real-time.
For travel agents, Rezdy helps source and access more products to offer their customers. Agents contract directly with suppliers, or opt-in to distribute at the supplier’s standard rate and commission.
