Sydney, 20 November 2019, – Rezdy Pty Ltd, the world’s leading independent booking and distribution platform for tour and activity providers, is excited to announce its place within the Top 50 at this years’ Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Australia awards.

The event is coveted by innovative startups and scale-ups alike, with past winners including well-regarded names like Afterpay, Prospa, Hireup, VinoMofo and Adore Beauty.

The annual event, currently in its 19th year, touts itself as “a program that ranks 50 fast-growing technology companies, public or private, based on percentage revenue growth over three years and includes all related industry sectors – communications, media, software, hardware, life sciences and healthcare, online, fintech and clean energy.”*

Nominations for the awards are required to meet a predetermined set of criteria in order to be eligible. This is coupled with 3 years of data against a series of growth metrics including financial statements.

Speaking on the achievement, Rezdy’s CFO, Kevin Fisher said: “With 80% of our industry still offline, it’s a pivotal time within the tour & activities industry for technology to take centre stage and enhance the ways travellers find, book & enjoy their experiences.  We are honoured and excited to be recognized with other fantastic high growth Australian tech businesses as we continue on our technology voyage.”

CMO, Taz Bareham also added: “This is an exciting time, both in Rezdy’s journey, the tours and activities space and Australian tech more broadly. We are honoured to be rubbing shoulders with other tech leaders, and can’t wait to see what unfolds in the year ahead”.

The announcement comes a week following Rezdy’s win at Australia’s SEM Rush Awards for Best B2B Campaign with their media partner, Rocket Agency. That award an acknowledgment of record results alongside innovative thinking through digital channels over the past year.
