Rezdy empowers i-SITE New Zealand with real time availability technology

12 July, 2016 Wellington, New Zealand — Global tour and activity marketplace Rezdy and i-SITE New Zealand have announced a major partnership that will provide 80 i-SITE Visitor Information Centres with access to real time availability of thousands of local tours and attractions and the ability to book directly.

“We’re delighted to be working with Rezdy and making its functionality available to the 80 i-SITE visitor centres” said Paul Yeo, i-SITE New Zealand Executive Manager.

The integration will offer a robust and reliable booking and product management solution for i-SITE locations.

“Each i-SITE will have the opportunity to access supplier inventory which will provide visitors with speedier and more efficient service. We are very focussed on providing the best customer experience and improving our own productivity and Rezdy is another way we can embrace technology and provide better service.”


A global leader in online bookings and distribution services for tour and activity suppliers, Rezdy continues to cement its presence in the New Zealand market with this partnership. Access to the platform will be free for all i-SITE locations.

Managed by Tourism New Zealand, i-SITE welcomes over one million international visitors each year.  Over 40% of all international visitors to New Zealand use an i-SITE with two-thirds of these visitors saying that i-SITE influenced their tour decision and almost half making bookings with i-SITE.
