We would like to thank those who have been continually contributing their ideas and suggestions, we’re happy to announce the release of our new features for this month.

Increased Marketplace Exposure

Agents now have increased visibility of your Tours and Activities in the Marketplace, even if you have not enabled your Products to be visible and bookable in the Marketplace. Agents can now at least see you in the Marketplace and request a Negotiated Rate to start working with you:

Marketplace Exposure

As a Supplier, you can see all Agent Requests where you can Accept or Decline these requests

  1. Click Agents
  2. Click Agent Requests
  3. Click Accept or Decline

Additionally: you also have the option to completely hide certain Products from the Marketplace if and when needed, within the Product setup page;

  1. Click Publish Tab
  2. Click Negotiated Rates
  3. Untick the Promote in Marketplace tick box
  4. Click Save product

Booking Form Improvements

We’ve increased efficiency in two areas of the booking procedure for your Customers.

Firstly if your Activities run at exclusive times of the year, this might result in a small amount of Sessions in your Rezdy Calendar. This now shows as a drop down box, easily allowing your Customers to select specific dates rather than having to browse month by month.

Booking Form Improvements
  • Less than 15 Sessions created in your Calendar will show as a drop down box

Secondly we’ve consolidated multiple Group pricing, reducing confusion and making it a lot easier for your Customers to make bookings.

Internal Order Improvements

You can now edit your base prices for both Product and Extras, this allows more flexibility when offering one discounts to both Customers and Agents. Quantities are automatically calculated off this base price, additionally commissions for Agents are correctly calculated, within an Order;

  1. Click Edit Prices
  2. Enter the updated Price
  3. Click Update

You can now also create an Internal only Promo Code, essentially hiding it from all emails and correspondence that goes out to your Customers. Click here to see how to create an Internal Promo Code.

We’d love to hear what you think and how it can be improved to better suit your business needs.

Please continue to help us improve upon our awesome system by dropping in your suggestions and ideas to our Feature Request forums.
