Product Updates in November 2014 [Feature Round-Up]

In November, we had a bunch of valuable updates to Rezdy – send automated payment requests and more!

Here are all the juicy details.

1. Send Automated Payment Requests

Automated Payment Requests can be setup so that an email is sent to your customers automatically requesting a particular payment amount at a particular date/time dependent on your settings of choice.

You can send up to 3 automated payment request emails. Click here for full setup instructions.

2. Copy Extras from one Product to another

That’s right – you can quickly and easily copy Extras!

Simply choose the Product you’d like to copy the Extras from, then click Copy.

This means that you don’t need to create the same Extras for each Product that you create.

2. Change your own Rezdy URL

You can now change your own Rezdy URL by going to Settings > Company Profile.

Please note that you will only be able to change the first part of it, so the ‘.rezdy.com’ will still be there.

3. When you print Reports, the Totals will now be included

4. Agents can export reports

If you’re currently on the Agent subscription plan, you will now be able to export reports.
