Process Refunds in Rezdy

If you are using either Stripe, Authorize.net, or Braintree as a Payment Gateway, you may have noticed a Refund button within the Customer Payment section of an Order in Rezdy. You can now trigger a refund update from within Rezdy to one of the 3 previously mentioned gateways.

Currently, the following Payment Gateways support refund updates from Rezdy, with more to come!

• Authorize.net
• Stripe
• Braintree

TripAdvisor Review Express Integration

Rezdy now integrates with TripAdvisor Review Express. Review Express is a free, powerful email-based review collection platform that makes it easy for tour operators to invite recent guests to submit valuable reviews on TripAdvisor. Click Here for more information.
