We think the reason Rezdy works so well for tours and activities because it was created by a tour operator. Simon Lenoir, Rezdy’s Founder & CEO, previously managed a dive centre in Thailand, and became frustrated with all the unnecessary administrative work he was doing just to keep up with his bookings. Having come from an IT background, he realized that there was a gap in the market. Simon made things happen, and in 2011, Rezdy was born.

After spending 11 years in the IT industry and 2 years in Thailand managing and operating a dive centre he helped rebuild following the devastating tsunami, Simon embarked on a lifelong mission to change the face of the tour activity industry. In 2011 he founded Rezdy from his living room, relentlessly working day and night to get it off the ground. His infectious energy and passion for the industry led Rezdy’s rapid growth and transformation into a global player and a trusted brand in today’s tourism market.
Chris joins Rezdy with 20 years of executive experience gained in both blue-chip multi-national & successful independent businesses. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has a strong operational background in leading and transforming technology-led, brand-focused companies during times of fast growth and change. Chris has a passion for travel that has seen him experience tours & activities in many parts of the world, a thirst now slightly amended to include two inquisitive young kids.
A rare and visionary technologist, Hugo leads Rezdy’s Technology team and champions its product development. As co-founder he’s been with Rezdy since its inception, having previously spent 6 years in high-end international IT arena. His work is consistently praised in the industry as top-notch and fail-proof and his unparalleled product knowledge continues to push Rezdy’s platform forward into the future.
Kevin embarks his Rezdy journey having gained a strong financial and operational background with various leading B2B and B2C technology businesses across the US and Europe. Qualifying in US practice as a CPA, and building upon commercial knowledge gained across various industries and countries, he has experiences across differing levels of business success and challenges. Kevin has travelled to over 50 countries and experienced various levels of what the industry can offer and is excited to continue to grow this passion with Rezdy.
