As we leap into the second half of 2019, we wanted to update you on the past 12 months at Rezdy, and give you a glimpse of what lies ahead.
In the past year, we’ve helped operators like you unlock well over$1 billion in booking revenue. We’ve connected more operators with agents and resellers than ever before through Rezdy Marketplace. We’ve achieved some major distribution partnerships to help you grow your reach. And we’ve made some major product enhancements and integrations. Read on to find out the juicy details…
Distribution is a key part of what we offer at Rezdy. Our independence has afforded us the ability to connect with agent partners and markets that other platforms are unable to. Key highlights for me include our evolving integration with Booking.com and our first to market partnership with Reserve with Google.
We’re focusing on building out distribution opportunities from the high growth Asian market. Our connection with KLOOK was a fantastic step change and we’re in the final stages of connecting new partners that include CTrip, KKDay and LuluTrip. More to come in future months.
Likewise in Europe, we’ve expanded our reach. Connections with Tiqets and Geronigo are now available, and a partnership with Civitatis is progressing positively.
Beyond that, you will be pleased to hear that our engineering, product and partnership teams are working tirelessly to make established partners easier to connect with in the future.
When I look back at other product enhancements, there are some key highlights that come to mind.
We recently released SEO improvements, Google Analytics and cross-domain tracking to enable improved business intelligence. In a data-driven world, enhanced ways to track your spend and engagement with customers is a truly powerful competitive edge.
Our integration with TOMIS (Tour Operator Marketing Intelligence Software) was an exciting addition to our stack. Allowing seamless integration and ways to manage your marketing spend and efforts as efficiently as possible.
Based on continued feedback from customers such as yourself, we have continuously worked to improve your end-customers’ booking experience. A new checkout page, updated booking emails and new booking form configuration tools have all led to an enhanced booking experience designed to help you better convert prospects into customers.
As part of our effort to help simplify your back office workflows, we made it even simpler to create products and update your availability to save valuable time for you and your team.
Payment gateway options continue to be an extremely important focus for us. Square is in pilot with customers in available markets, and we’re in the process of expanding geographical opportunities for both Stripe and RezdyPay, which will mean more choice and access to better rates – always a great thing!
